It all started in 2016 when I got my first opportunity to act in a film. The name of the feature film is Bhalobasar Tane and it was shot in Dakshin Barasat. I acted as a professor of a local college in this film who is scolding truant students. The name of the director is Susanta Paul Chowdhury. After that I also acted in Tushar Mazumdar's Swapnate Sesh. Following these two, there was a long gap. My first break as a talkie artist came from Joyee, a mega shown on Zee Bangla. This was in June 2019. Since 2019, I have been acting regularly in megas. Loukik na Aloukik, Srimoyee, Police Filez, Durga Durgeshwari, Netaji, Joy Baba Lokenath, Kone Bou, Ke Apon Ke Por, Karunamoyee Rani Rashmoni, Nishir Dak, Chuni Panna, Baghbandi Khela, Ekhane Akash Neel and last but not least Irabotir Chupkotha are some of the mega serials in which I have worked. Most of the serials are being shown on Star Jalsha and Zee Bangla. I had the opportunity to work under various reputed production houses, namely Sri Venkatesh Films, Surinder Films, Acropolis Entertainment, Shashi Sumeet Productions, Fatfish Entertainment, Magic Moments and so on.
I also had the opportunity to act in a few web series named Karkat Rog and Rahasyo Romancho. The first one was shot in double version (Bengali and Hindi). You can watch it on Zee5. I am there in the 7th episode. The second one is available on hoichoi. Recently, I acted in eminent Bengali actor Saumitra Chatterjee's biopic "Abhijaan" directed by Parambrata Chatterjee which will be released later this year. In September, I had the opportunity to enact a police constable's role in Black Widows, a Zee5 thriller that would be telecasted in a web series format. Black Widows is directed by the much-famed Birsa Dasgupta. After this, the projects in which I worked include Lost (Yami Gautam movie), Mon Mane Na (Colors Bangla), Debi (Sun Bangla), Agnishikha (Sun Bangla), Krishnakali (Zee Bangla), Gnatchora (Acropolis), Haami 2 (Windows), Raktakarabi (web series), Aponjon (short film), Byomkesh Hatyamancha (SVF), Saheber Chithi (Acropolis), Rabindra Kabya Rahasya (Eskay Movies), Khelnabari (Zee Bangla), Hubba (Friends Communication), Manush (Jeetz Filmworks), Nikhoj (Hoichoi), Avishapto (OTT), Mitin Mashi 2 (Camelia Productions), and last but not least Tumii Je Amar Maa (Colors Bangla).

In the meantime, I enrolled myself in an acting course. It was a four-month course and our mentor Amitavada (Kedar Bose of Bokul Katha) had been pretty helpful to us in understanding the ins and outs of the film and television industry.
